Registration Fees

Registration fees are in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive.

Entitlements

The Full registration fee includes all Conference sessions Saturday 26 April 2014 to Monday 28 April 2014, morning/afternoon teas and lunches Saturday 26 April 2014 and Sunday 27 April 2014 and morning tea Monday 28 April 2014, Welcome Reception Saturday 26 April 2014, Conference dinner Sunday 27 April 2014, satchel, program book and proceedings.

The Day registration fee includes Conference sessions on one selected day Saturday 26 April 2014 to Monday 28 April 2014, morning/afternoon teas and lunches as detailed above on the day of registration, satchel, program book and proceedings. The Welcome Reception Saturday 26 April 2014 is included in the Saturday day registration. The Conference dinner Sunday 27 April 2014 is an additional cost.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

Conference and Pre-Conference Symposium Registration

Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd. Cancellations made on or before 8 March 2014 will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations made after the 8 March 2014 and on or before 25 March 2014 will be refunded 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 25 March 2014. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the Conference.

Social Events

Payments are non-refundable after 25 March 2014.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
