The Day registration fee includes Conference sessions on one selected day Saturday 18 April 2015 to Monday 20 April 2015, morning/afternoon teas and lunches as detailed above on the day of registration, satchel, program book and proceedings. Conference and Pre-Conference Symposium Registration
Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd. Cancellations made on or before 2 March 2015 will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations made after the 2 March 2015 and on or before 27 March 2015 will be refunded 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 27 March 2015. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the Conference.
Social Events
Payments are non-refundable after 27 March 2015.
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
