The tradition will contunue with the opportunity to enjoy a day's golf before the pre-conference symposium commences Friday 17 April 2015.
The Virginia Golf Club was voted 2003 “Metropolitan Golf Club of the Year” by the Golfing Industry and won Clubs Queensland award for “Best Club Redevelopment under $1M”.
The course is situated at Banyo on the north side of Brisbane approximately 10 kilometres from the centre of Brisbane and eight minutes north of the Brisbane Airport.
Cost: $90 includes green fees, light lunch, Gourmet BBQ dinner and all transfers; club hire $18 per set and one seat on shared Golf Cart $18.
Transport
Bus will be departing the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, from the Glenelg Street main entrance at 10:45am sharp. The day will begin with a light lunch, tee off at 12:30, refreshments throughout the day, and conclude with a Gourmet BBQ dinner and drinks. Transport will be provided for the return trip back to the Convention Centre to arrive by 8:00pm.

Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre
The Welcome Reception and Official Opening of the Trade Exhibition will occur in the exhibition hall with drinks and canapés being served between 18:00 and 19:00 throughout the trade area. This will be the first opportunity for delegates to network with our exhibitors in a relaxed environment. Afterwards gather with friends and enjoy the some of Brisbane's best restaurants.
Cost: Tickets are included in full registration fee. Student, Developing Country, day registrants and guest tickets are an additional cost of $75.
Nuc’s Party

Nuc’s Party is legendary and you will not be disappointed! The music, vibe and crowd returns for another year with a special themed party in the Arcadia Room at The Fox Hotel. The venue is a short 10 minute walk from the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Think ’80s cocktail dresses, white blazers with sleeves rolled up, Blue Blockers or Wayfarers, deck shoes or loafers, and the deepest v-neck shirts.
Cost: Tickets are an additional cost of $100 for all delegates.

Celebrate the 45th ASM at the annual Gala Dinner, which is always a highlight of the Conference and not to be missed. The evening will include the annual Awards ceremony and entertainment.
