Exhibitor Displays

Each display is 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.5m high.

Booth Inclusions:
Walls: 2500mm high matt anodised aluminium frame with white laminated infill’s.
Facia: Matt anodised aluminium frame 380mm high with white laminate infill.
Sign: One digital print lettering on white laminate infill per aisle (max. 30 characters) including event Logo.
Lighting: 2x 150 watt spotlights per booth mounted on light track inside fascia.
Power: 1x 4amp power point.

All people attending the conference must register prior to the event and can complete this form via the registration tab on this website. Please note entitlement tables may contain complimentary registrations depending on your sponsorship package. Ensure to refer to this table before completing your registration form.

Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre Manual

The correct delivery labels must be used to send ALL exhibitor goods to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Deliveries without the correct labels will not be accepted.

Agility Fairs & Events (a specialized exhibition & event logistics provider) is the recommended freight forwarder for domestic and international freight for ANZSNM 2015.

Agility can arrange all local, interstate and international transport services to the venue. Prior to the exhibition, Agility will contact all exhibitors to discuss specific transportation and other logistics requirements.

Agility provides a complete service including monitoring of freight from your door step right through to your exhibition booth to make sure your goods are handled in a professional manner and all formalities/deadlines are met.

Agility is also the preferred supplier of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and is based on-site. If you are not using Agility you must contact loading dock supervisor at Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre OR 07 3308 3385 to arrange delivery time/ date. Goods will not be accepted prior to Friday 17 April 2015.

If you are not using Agility, exhibitors are responsible for making their own arrangements for the movement of their goods from the loading dock to the exhibition stand. This includes all materials handling (forklifts, pallet jacks, trolleys) requirements.

Sponsorship and/or Exhibition Cancellation Policy

Once a booking form has been received for Sponsorship or Trade Exhibition opportunities, any cancellation must be advised in writing. If the cancellation is received by 30 November 2014, an administration fee of 25% of the total price is retained. If the cancellation is received after 30 November 2014, no refund is applicable unless the sponsorship package or trade booth is resold, whereupon 25% of the total price is retained.
