How to Register
On-line registration has closed.
If you have missed the deadline for online registrations don't panic! You can register upon arrival at the venue. Download and print the on-site registration form and bring the completed form with you to the delegate registration desk (mezzanine level of the Hotel Grand Chancellor), open from 7.00am Friday 21 April, 2017 - Sunday 23 April, 2017. Payment is required at time of registration - credit card facilities will be available.

Cancellation
Conference and Pre-Conference Symposium Registration
Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd. Cancellations made on or before 1 March 2017 will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations made after the 1 March 2017 and on or before 27 March 2017 will be refunded 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 27 March 2017. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the Conference.
Social Events
Payments are non-refundable after 27 March 2017.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
