Delegates will be in the exhibition area during scheduled refreshment breaks. We recommend displays are staffed during scheduled breaks but the exhibition area will remain open/accessible from commencement of sessions until the close of each day.

Exhibitor Displays

Each display is 3m wide x 3m deep x 2.5m high.

Shell Scheme includes;

  • Walls: 2500mm high matt anodised aluminium frame with white laminated infills
  • Facia: Matt anodised aluminium frame 220mm high with white laminate infill
  • Sign: One digital print lettering on white laminate infill per aisle (max. 30 characters)
  • Lighting: 2x 150-watt spotlights per booth mounted on the back wall system, and
  • Power: 1x 4amp power point with 4 way power board

Raw Space is suitable for custom built stands. It is carpeted and has power access

Exhibition Delivery Information

HGCH Delivery Label

You must contact the loading dock supervisor at The Hotel Grand Chancellor; 03 6235 4535 to arrange delivery time/date. Goods will not be accepted prior to Tuesday 18 April 2017.

Please use the HGCH Delivery Label on all goods. IMPORTANT: Contact your courier prior to arriving at the Hotel Grand Chancellor Hobart to ensure that your consignment has been delivered.

MAXIMUM SIZE FOR DELIVERIES - 2.04m high x 1.20 wide x 1.20 m deep and 1800kg.

Alternatively, larger deliveries can be made via the Evans Street loading dock but must be prearranged with Scene Change (03) 6234 2266. Evans Street loading dock is limited to 2.3m H x 2.4M W and 1.2M deep.

Deliveries will be made to the loading dock and will be moved to a staging area adjacent to the trade space. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own arrangements for the movement of their goods from this area to their booth.

STORAGE: An area of the exhibition hall will be curtained off for storage of packing materials.

Agility Fairs & Events

It is recommended that any exhibitor transporting freight to and from The Hotel Grand Chancellor use the services of a specialised exhibition focused freight forwarder. This will avoid potential problems with customs, duties, and deliveries outside designated times. Agility Fairs & Events (a specialized exhibition & event logistics provider) is the recommended freight forwarder for domestic and international freight for ANZSNM 2017 Conference.

Agility can arrange all local, interstate and international transport services to the venue. Prior to the exhibition, Agility will contact all exhibitors to discuss specific transportation and other logistics requirements.

We recommend using Agility as their service is door-to-venue and they work weekends and outside normal business hours.

If you are using Agility for freight, your goods will be delivered to the nominated loading dock at the venue.

Please note, Agility is not onsite at this show. Therefore, exhibitors should make arrangements directly with the venue, for the movement of their goods from the loading dock to the exhibition stand. This includes all materials handling (forklifts, pallet jacks, trolleys) requirements.

Sponsorship and/or Exhibition Cancellation Policy

Once a booking form has been received for Sponsorship or Trade Exhibition opportunities, any cancellation must be advised in writing. If the cancellation is received by 30 November 2016 an administration fee of 25% of the total price is retained. If the cancellation is received after 30 November 2016, no refund is applicable unless the sponsorship package or trade booth is resold whereupon 25% of the total price is retained.

Public Liability Insurance

Australian regulations require all exhibitors to have adequate Public and Product Liability Insurance cover based on a limit of indemnity to the value of A$10,000,000 or above. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. The venue may request a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate. Most companies already have adequate cover. To assist you in locating your certificate within your organisation - it can often be found with the accounts / finance departments and is also often referred to as ‘Broadform’.
