How to Register
Payment is by direct bank transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.)
Follow these simple steps:
- Go to the online registration link.
- Select your registration package.
- Select to pay by EFT or credit card.
- If you select EFT you will automatically receive an invoice - pay the invoiced amount in accordance with the invoicing terms.

New for ANZSNM 2020
Three conference and meeting packages are available that offer the choice of attractive registration fees for delegates with a tight budget and deep discounts for those who choose to bundle events to maximise savings. Choose the Extended Package to experience the full 3 day program with significant savings. Select the Education and Networking Package for the standard Conference inclusions or select the Education Package to focus of the core program.
The Extended Package includes 3 day registration including the pre conference symposium, the Awards Dinner and Welcome Reception.
The Education and Networking Package includes registration for the main conference program, the Awards Dinner and Welcome Reception. Tickets for the Pre Conference Symposium are an additional cost.
The Education Package includes registration for the main conference and Welcome Reception but excludes the Awards Dinner. Tickets for the Awards Dinner and Pre Conference Symposium are an additional cost.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation
Conference and Pre Conference Symposium Registration
Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome. All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd. Cancellations made on or before 1 March 2020 will be refunded less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations made after the 1 March 2020 and on or before 1 April 2020 will be refunded 50% of fees paid. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 1 April 2020. All refunds will be made at the conclusion of the Conference.
Social Events
Payments are non-refundable after 1 April 2020.
Insurance
Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.
Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Post Conference Options
ANZSNM 2020 Special Guest Tour ANSTO tour, Monday Mon 27 Apr 2020, 9.30am to 1.30pm.
During registration, you will need to supply some personal information for security purposes, including: Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Residential Address, Nationality, Photo Identification [ID Type (Driver's Licence or Passport), State/Country of issue, and ID Number]. ANSTO requires this information 5 days before the start of the tour.

Pre Conference Option
In cooperation with the ISMRM, ANZSNM delegates have the opportunity to register at the on-site one-day member rate for the ISMRM 28th Annual Meeting & Exhibition 18-23 April 2020 which will be held at the ICC, Sydney. To take advantage of the ISMRM member discount, you will need to register onsite and provide proof of your ANZSNM registration by showing a copy of your registration receipt upon registering. Go to the ISMRM registration desk and ask for Kristina, who will be more than happy to help you.
